Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note that certain products such as bridal couture, customized orders, or final sale items may not be eligible for return due to their delicate or made-to-order nature.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Intimate wear (such as lingerie or innerwear)

Sale and clearance items marked as “Sale”

Customized or tailored products made specifically for you
Return Process
If you wish to return or exchange an item:

Provide your order number, details of the item(s), and the reason for return.

Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.

Ship the item back to us using a trusted courier service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Store Credits / Coupons (In Place of Refunds)
Bezel does not offer cash or bank refunds under any circumstances.
Instead, once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive store credit or a coupon equal to the value of your returned product.

Store credits or coupons can be used anytime in the future for new purchases on our website.

Credits/coupons never expire and hold the same value as the returned item.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size, color, or design (subject to availability), we will be happy to arrange it. Exchanges follow the same process as returns.
If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a coupon of equal value — no cash refunds will be provided.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with supporting pictures. Bezel will cover the cost of return shipping in such cases, and you may choose between an exchange or store credit of equal value.
