Please note: During high-demand seasons, such as Eid, wedding seasons, promotional campaigns, or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

To serve our customers better, Bezel offers multiple shipping methods depending on your location:

• Standard Delivery (Within Pakistan): Estimated delivery within 3 – 5 business days.

• Expedited Delivery (Major Cities Only): Estimated delivery within 2 – 3 business days.

• International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or customs procedures.

International Shipping Guidelines

We proudly serve customers worldwide. However, please note that customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are not included in your checkout total. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs office and are solely the responsibility of the recipient.

Occasionally, customs checks may cause delays beyond our control. Bezel will remain in close contact with you to assist during such situations.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking email with a direct link to monitor your order’s progress in real-time. This ensures complete transparency and helps you plan for delivery.

If tracking details are not received within the expected timeframe, kindly reach out to our customer service team for immediate assistance.

Address Accuracy

To avoid delivery issues, customers are requested to ensure that the shipping address and contact details entered at checkout are accurate and complete. Bezel will not be held responsible for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete information.

If you identify an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us right away so our team can attempt corrections before dispatch.

Delivery Failures & Returned Packages

The package may be returned to us. In such scenarios:
